My name is Marc Quandel and I am pleased to give you an insight into my way of working and my personality.

 

With a clear vision, sound expertise and a passion for results, I am your reliable partner when it comes to mastering challenges, achieving goals and securing sustainable success.

 

I can draw on almost 20 years of professional experience as a fully qualified lawyer / Ass. Jur. in various projects, industries and positions. From lawyer to in-house counsel and external consultant, from (senior) legal counsel to general counsel, I have been able to gain a wealth of experience and expertise that will benefit you and your company.

 

The lighthouse as a logo

A lighthouse and a corporate lawyer may not seem to have anything in common at first glance, but there are some interesting parallels, which is why my logo is exactly the same.

 

Both provide orientation and safety in uncertain environments. A lighthouse guides ships through dangerous waters, while a corporate lawyer provides legal guidance and security to his company by identifying and minimising risks.

 

Both are strategically positioned: Lighthouses mark important navigation points, and in-house counsel consider the legal aspects of business decisions to ensure the long-term safety of the company.

 

In addition, both continuously monitor their surroundings: a lighthouse warns ships of dangers, while a corporate lawyer monitors the legal landscape to protect his company from potential legal risks and react to current developments.

 

Ultimately, both focus on the essentials: Lighthouses on shipping safety and in-house counsel on identifying and prioritising the most important legal issues to effectively support the business.

 

These parallels show that both lighthouses and in-house counsel play important roles in providing certainty and guidance.
